Anthony Carter? Go for it now!!!!

After reading this, it sounds like Anthony Carter of the Miami Heat could be available with the $2.25.  I know we were probably hoping to get someone better with it, but this guy, I believe, is just what we need.  After watching him play in the playoffs, he has the confidence needed at the point guard spot and filled in for Hardaway very well.

 

Any chance of trading a resigned Fortson to Miami for a resigned Anthony Carter, and of course, something else?

 

If we did a deal like that, would we still have our exceptions available?

 

Would Fortson get the playing time he wants there?

They may want him so that they have an advantage when they play the Knicks.

 

Just a thought.
