I hate hearing this...because something this good just can't happen.  This 
would be just too perfect.  I know I need to "get a life," but I just take 
each loss too hard and having this to hope for and then having it turn out 
that Bird was just talking off the cuff or Gaston some how refuse to 
sell...that would be just too much.
