The Fan 590 in Toronto is reporting that Alvin Williams has failed his
physical and the trade for Danny Fortson is off. Williams had spent the
last three games on the bench nursing a knee injury but this still comes
as a big surprise.  You have to wonder whether the Celtics got a better
offer and used the injuries as an excuse. Anyway, Danny Fortson is
returning to Boston, giving Rick Pitino a second chance to correct what
many considered his worst trade ever. The rejected trade will have no
effect on the Haywoode Workman deal.  That deal wasn't an official part
of the trade and he will remain a Raptor.  More as we get it.
