Tommy H., you've blown your cover! Can't remember a dumber player? Try
Waltuh, or pretty much anyone else on the bench. Oh, and don't forget to
blast Pierce for losing to the Pacers, as you do after every loss,
including tonight's.

God, somebody fire that stupid clown before he totally blows up the team -
please? Maybe Mark Cuban can buy the Celtics, fire Pitinochio ("I won't
trade Fortson just for the sake of trading him") and his travelling
circus, eat $32+ mil., and install Dennis Rodman as player/coach,
president, GM, and mascott of this sorry franchise. Yes, I think I'd
prefer that.

Alright, let's take a deep breath and coolly assess the sitch: we've
acquired a PG, who is so good as to average 17 mpg and 3apg (Carter,
Christie, Bogues, Oakley, and Dee Brown average more assists!) on a PG-less
Raptors, not to mention his deadly 41% shooting and 6 ppg. Folks, he's so
good that the Raptors preferred a 33-year-old, 5-3 gimmick Mugsy
Bogues(21mpg) to him , and claimed Haywood Workman off waivers to replace
him. If that weren't more than an enough for that useless, dumb, greedy
lump of meat known as Danny Fortson, we've also collected a kiwi-flavored
piece of NBA exotica, who's managed to play 40 minutes TOTAL in nearly 2
seasons. This is the steadying veteran presence that we so needed on our
youthful team.

So the swap now is Mercer and ~$10 mil in jetsam for the Williamses, ~
$32mil in jetsam, Denver's pick, and a damaged museum piece from NZ. Some
time next year (if Thanksdad still owns the team) Pitinochio will declare
that Williams can't play the point and is not a good-enough shooter to play
SG, and trade him for a Nepalese player - the first sherpa to play in the
NBA. (I'm talking about Alvin here, obviously, for we all know Eric is
untradeable).

In the meantime, since Alwin will obviously need to learn "the system" to
fully realize his potential as the Celtics' PG of the future, he won't be
of immediate help to us. Thus the Celtics will most assuredly come back
from their West Coast swing at least 10 games under .500, and the full 13
games under wouldn't be a big surprise, given the tough D this team's been
playing.

And we laught at the Clippers??
