There has been no mention of this deal in the Toronto media.
As I commented in the Raptors newsgroup I am not sure this this is the
whole
deal due to the salary problems:

Traylor in the 3rd year of a 4.45 million dollar deal would be making
$1 668 750

Alvin in the 2nd year of a 6 million dollar deal would be making 2 million.
Marks at the minimum would be 385 000.

As both teams are over the cap the Celtics would have to provide more.

Torontos total is 2 385 000  the Celts need to give up about 1 980 000.

Alvin Williams is available to play right away.  This kid is mentally
strong
enough
not to get crippled by Ricky boy, but his play as a point guard will make
you guy
cringe.
Marks is a backup and will do jack for you.

Meanwhile we get a player, if it happened, that wants huge money to play as
the
PF on the 2nd unit with the left box black hole Kevin Willis.<<
