Cash is cash....teams include cash in a deal, typically to off set the
costs of taking a lesser player, or to pay for a player they plan to
cut.

Cash does not count in the trade transaction, and it is not something
that is cap related.

The team can do whatever it wants with cash...it can use it to pay
salary, to buy cookies for the team whatever.

Cuban throws cash into a deal, to make it easier to swallow.
