A deal involving four teams and nine players is awaiting approval from
the NBA office, according to Ric Bucher of ESPN the Magazine.

If the deal between Golden State, Utah, Boston and Dallas meets
salary-cap approval, here's the way it will shake out:

The Warriors would get forward-center Danny Fortson from the Celtics and
forward Adam Keefe from the Jazz.

The Jazz would get forward Donyell Marshall from the Warriors.

The Celtics would get a conditional first-round pick plus centers Bruno
Sundov and John "Hot Rod" Williams and guard Robert Pack from the Mavs.

The Mavs would get guards Dana Barros from the Celtics and Howard Eisley
from the Jazz and forward Bill Curley from the Warriors.

Fortson and Eisley have not signed contracts with the Celtics and Jazz,
respectively, but will do so as part of the sign-and-trade transaction
if the league approves the deal.
