C's End Up Tied With Orlando For The Tenth Pick

Yup, just three weeks ago the C's were vying for the sixth pick 
in the draft, but thanks to some ingenious anti tanking strategy by
Il Duce, the C's rocketed their way up the NBA lottery charts
to a tie with Orlando via Denver for the tenth choice. 

Now it's up to the coin flip. Since very few things have gone right 
in the Pitino era, it's hard to believe that Pitino will be able to 
out-luck all those adopted-children-good-karma of Pat Williams
and the Magic, but it's the dawning of the new millenium, so
anything could happen.
