ATLANTA (CNNSI.com) -- With the NBA regular season coming to a close,
and events like the Desert Classic and Portsmouth Invitational already
complete, CNNSI.com gives an early look at the June 28 draft. Over the
next months, we'll track who is rising and falling and assess NBA teams'
needs.

Lottery Lot
An early look at the top 13 prospects for the June 28 NBA Draft:
Player Height Pos. School
1. Kenyon Martin 6-9 PF Cincinnati
Which is worse -- senior season-ending injury or going to the Clippers?
2. Marcus Fizer 6-8 PF Iowa St.
Came out after a monster junior year but could get even stronger.
3. Chris Mihm* 7-0 C Texas
Hard to pass up if he comes out, but skills are still raw by NBA
standards.
4. Darius Miles* 6-9 PF East. St. Louis, Ill. (HS)
Freakishly athletic, Miles signed at St. John's but still needs the test
score.
5. Courtney Alexander 6-5 SG Fresno St.
The pure scorer will endure some 1-for-10 nights but pour in 30 on
others.
6. Morris Peterson 6-6 SG Michigan St.
Swingman could excel in his old college role as 6th-man sparkplug.
7. Mateen Cleaves 6-2 PG Michigan St.
Floor general may have erased some doubts with gutsy Final Four.
8. Etan Thomas 6-9 C Syracuse
Prolific college shot-blocker may have to adjust pro game to his size.
9. DerMarr Johnson 6-9 SG Cincinnati
A possible star who can shoot and rebound but will need a couple years.
10. Erick Barkley 6-0 PG St. John's
A superb athlete and combo guard, but maturity will come into
question.
11. Quentin Richardson* 6-6 SF DePaul
Still debating whether to stay one more year and restore higher stock.
12. Joel Przybilla 7-1 C Minnesota
A project after quitting mid-sophomore year, but with tremendous
upside.
13. Mike Miller* 6-8 SF Florida
Disappointing Final Four only thing delaying an announcement by sure
star.
