Not Piling On

I'm not piling on, but, Pitino has got himself into some murky waters. In a
column today he says Gaston has confidence in him and if he doesn't produce
he'll blo town next season. Not a very comforting statement. Why? Because
the almighty buck is involved. Pitino wants it and Gaston won't buy him out
and send him packing. I just wish he would step up to the plate and take
some of the credit for this season. The players must feel like crap
listening to all this mumbo jumbo about things not working out. He compares
the Yankees to the Celtic organization, excuse me, but even though I
dislike most NY teams, the Yankees are and have been light years ahead of
the Celts past, present and looks to be future.
