Re: Wilt/Red Sox PS



It has to do with a few more things too! Like all of the NY students who go
to school in Boston (the higher ed. capital) and the proximity of the two
cities. Also, it has to do with the NY "attitude" versus the Boston
"attitude" (read that as you will....it can take many forms). It also has
to do with Ruth and Clemens and any other former players going to the hated
Yanks....and Steinbrenner and Yawkey (evil v good?), etc. etc. It has to do
with the Pats v the J-E-T-S (and all of the ex Pats who followed the Tuna
to the Meadowlands, er Jimmy Hoffa's final resting place).

They have the Yanks. We have the Celts.  We each have a team of historical
championship dominance.

I love New York. I hate their teams.
