1999/2000 season

Add or develop a 6 '10' or "11" guy who can block some shots, score ten a
game,  and collect eight rebounds per outing.   If this can happen, I say
sign Mercer and keep the current team.  

The team with a complete team camp, preseason works, and a regular season
will be very difficult to deal with in 1999/2000 season.
