I notice that Duncan said nothing of the sort until after he became a Spur.  
Perhaps he was just being a good soldier and was putting out the word he was 
glad to be where he was - on a team that didn't belong in the lottery anyway. 
 Reporters are very good at getting players to say all kinds of things that, 
taken out of context, can be interpreted many ways.
