Dave, DeMarco Johnson is playing here
in Italy (not Spain). The team is Sony
Milano -- in the 80's they had Joe
             Barry Carroll, Antoine Carr, Bob
McAdoo and Mike D'Antoni, the first
Italian coach in NBA. What do you
think about the Celtics? I think we
need a big man, a point man and Walker
isn't a franchise player. Rookie of
             the year? Paul Pierce!

             ***Cesare: Thanks for the
clarification. I picked the Celtics to
finish eighth in the East this year,
and you know they've already beaten
the three best teams in the division
(Orlando, Miami, New York) and looked
great doing it. But I still see
             immaturity, particularly in terms of
not knowing how to play with a lead,
and in Antoine's inability to back off
on those nights when he doesn't have
it offensively. The folks who watch
             that team regularly actually consider
             him Boston's third most valuable
player now, behind Pierce and Mercer.
That's probably a stretch, but it
gives you an idea of how infuriating
             Walker can be.
