This is part of my continued railing against ESPN for ranking Bobby Orr only at #31 on their "Greatest Athletes of the 20th Century".  Comments are welcome...
 
        Although I agree that Orr should be a lower (higher?)
        rating than #31, I have to take issue with a couple of
        your points. As much as I loved Willie Mays...he was
        no Joe Dimaggio. Compare championships for starters.
        Then, again, forget team numbers...DiMag was an icon.
        He not only transcended baseball, but American folklore,
        too boot. Joe D is right up there with apple pie. Same on
        you for suggesting otherwise.
 
        Now, on an other point, how can you *not* even *mention*
        Mohammed Ali in your top ten !?!?!?  This man is the most
        recognizable athlete (next to Pele) world-wide that ever
        existed. To ignore him in your, or any, top 10 is folly...
