The answer is nothing. Samaki Walker would get a long-term contract
at a level such that the salaries would match up, and the Celtics
would still be over the cap for the forseeable future. The only
way for the Celtics to be a player in the free agent marketplace
in the near future is to not extend Mercer and Battie and wait
two years for more contracts to expire, like Barros, P. Jones, 
Greg Minor (after Ellison, Schintzius, and Radja come off the cap
at the end of this year).
