trade rumors (read with caution)

I love these rumors.  They range from:

great - Ellison, Minor, Riley, Shin-splints
        for Vin Baker, Ron Artest, Elton Brand, and a new Chevy.



bad - Walker, Mercer, Anderson, Pierce, Battie, and 5 #1 picks, plus cash
      for Artest and my granmama.

OK, so maybe that's not totally accurate.  Gotta love the summertime,
though.  No trades, no games, let's make stuff up (and for Sam Smith, get
paid, too).  Guess if you're creative enough with the wild ideas, someone
will pay you to read it.


Personally, I think we should work this trade out

give up Ellison, Minor, Barros, Popeye, and Anderson

and get Duncon, Van Horn, and Payton.

Then we'd only be a center away from being contenders.  Maybe Shaq would
sign for the $2 million exemption.
