I doubt it, Philly likes Ratliff and they will play him at PF. Larry Brown
has done his thing the current Philly team is a younger version of the
Indiana pacers (-) Reggie Miller but he didn't like Reggie anyway: If they
sign Joe Smith they will be very deep team.
