Lots of nice patter about the fans and Celtic tradition.  Two subjects that
stood out were:

1)  RP says this agreement will allow them to continue their plan of
"building through the draft" as opposed to Miami's build through FA
acquisitions.  He said the new agreement will allow this young team to STAY
TOGETHER, and that just would not have been possible before.  He re-iterated
his support for and determination to keep Walker.

2)  No numbers were discussed, but he said that the new salary cap was not
going to be as big as everybody had thought, and that it would effectively
take the Celtics out of the running for any MAJOR free agent signings.
While he said they would add one or two names, he also said that most of the
names currently being bantered about were "not realistic."
