So, here's a question.  If the Celtics are now capped in what they can 
offer Antoine Walker as a third year player, does that mean that other 
teams might also be willing and able to pay the same?  Does that mean we 
have a better (because his salary will be limited to something Gaston 
can stomach) or worse (because teams might have the cap space to match 
the celtics' offer) chance of keeping him?
