I sure do admire the guy, but also have long thought that people vastly overstate his gm ability. What he has is a team of talented misfits, from Shaq to Eldon to Bryant. There's no leadership on the floor. Of course, la la land and Jerry Buss are a heavy load. If this team were in Des Moines, they would be a real winner. Gene
