more Walker talk

Did everyone see the blurb in the Globe today about the "hot rumor" being
Walker for Iverson. There certainly seems to be a lot of smoke coming from
this Walker-to-Philly fire. This is something to watch as we head toward the
trading deadline.

(By the way, although I'm not a big Iverson fan, he's an undeniable talent.
And FWIW, Red had nothing but praise for the kid after coaching him in the
rookie game a few years ago. At the very least, don't you think he's more
tradeable at this point than Toine?)

I apologize for continuing this Toine trade talk, but it keeps coming up
and, despite being a diehard Toine apologist and supporter throughout his
first three seasons, I feel it's time he move on. I see a career dangerously
close to a Stackhouse spiral - a wasted talent viewed throughout the league
as a selfish, uncoachable problem. I don't want it to get to that point with
Toine. He may very well go on to great things somewhere else, but I no
longer believe it will happen here.
