Trades suck

Me, I am tired of trades.  To win, you have to build chemistry.  To
build chemistry you have to have some continuity.  The Celtics need to
stop trading, unless they can dump Kenny Anderson and Purvis, and learn
to maximize what they do have.  Once they are winning 50+ games and need
one piece of the puzzle then get something.  It is time for Rick to show
that he can coach in the pros.  Or move on.  But take the trading power
out of his hands.  Or give him a Monopoly game to treat his fever.
