C's Pursuing Dickey Simpkins

According to Sam Smith in today's Chicago Tribune, the C's are one of 
two teams -- Wizards being the other -- pursuing power
forward Dickey Simpkins.

Simpkins is a 6-10, 254-pound power forward who graduated from
Providence in 
1994, so he may have done some time under Pitino.

Dickey averaged 9.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and 29 minutes per game last
season
with the Bulls, and fits into Pitino's MO as a rehabilitative project.

I think, there's a possibility of Pervis being sent to the Bulls in a
sign
and trade for Simpkins....
