I'm pretty sure that's wrong as he was listed for more than that last year
at the USA Today site and the salary goes up each year of the contract.
Also, for the zillionth time, the Cs did not just release Dino, they bought
out his contract. Therefore, he only counted against the cap last year, the
year of the buyout. That's *why* they bought him out -to ultimately create
cap space.
