$100 mil? Does anybody really believe that anymore?

Walker could be gone in a couple of weeks, as it seems like the lockout
will end very soon. If Pitino does trade Walker for two mediocre stiffs
like Brown and Mashburn, Ricky better stand up at a press conference and
tell us how he and Gaston tried everything they could to get Falk and
Walker off the reported $100 mil contract, but they refused to budge. I
want to hear him say that Antoine was adamant about breaking the Celtic's
bank. If there were no serious negotiations with Falk about money, then
this whole thing is just about Ricky being "The Man;" about Ricky proving
that it's all about Ricky-ball, that it's all about Pitino's system, that
Ricky can win with mediocre talent as long as guys will just do as they're
told, because Ricky can't be wrong. It'll be about Ricky's ego and his
insecurities. I love Paul Gaston.
