Labelle Sprewell's latest lawsuit

Apparently Sprewell is now suing his agent Art Tellem for
neglecting to get a "choking is okay" clause included in his contract,
which would have meant that the Warriors would have been obligated to pay
him during his lengthy suspension. What brand of fertilizer does this guy
have taking up space in his skull?
The ironic part is that Tellem deserves whatever aggravation he
gets for standing by Sprewell during his undefendable act and having the
gall to declare that Carleismo was racist.
Now if you were David Falk, Marc Fleisher, or any other
self-respecting NBA agent, would you ever sign on with this guy after
seeing him stab Tellem in the back like this?
Bentz is there any merit (or at least any microscopic shred of
merit) to this case?
I wonder how long it will take for Spreewell to sue his current
lawyer for bringing this frivolous lawsuit to court.
