Re: Tim Duncan

Antoine played 31 minutes in the Celtics next game after his 49 point
performance against Washington. He scored 14 points. His reduced
minutes were probably due to the fact that the Celtics were being blown
out by Seattle. The night after that he played 42 minutes in Orlando.
What, if anything, does this prove?

When was the last time anyone can remember the Celtics captain and/or
best player being benched for a game? Dee Brown and Pervis last year
don't count. There are other ways of disciplining a player. Since
Antoine seems to be the type who would get upset with direct criticism,
the punishment was probably something along the lines of a practice
where the whole team did nothing but defensive drills. Again, I have to
ask, what is your point?
