RE: Rose



Actually, I thought just the opposite. When Rose came in and was
immediately put on MJ, he was all over the latter. Even the inept
commenting team of Isiah and Costas remarked upon the fact that Rose's
defence (on MJ) was better than McKie's.
After his suspension and Miller's bad ankle, the expected happened - the
Pacers got blown out yesterday. I hope that Bird will be able to return
the favour tomorrow night, but all of Indiana's players have to show up
- Mullin's been invisible for all of the series, the Davis boys have had
a couple of good home games, Smits had one good game only (and wound up
playing better for the Bulls last night, as Salley remarked!), etc.,
etc.
All said and done, however, I still think that the Bulls will make it
(probably in 7). Ha, then the fireworks begin.
