   As the guy who asked about the age of the pro- and anti- cheerleader
groups, I was pleasantly surprised to see that a considerable number of young
pups (under 30) are in the "anti" camp.  It is irrelevant - I was merely
curious.  But it sure did spice up the list for a while.  Thanks to all who
weighed in, be it kindly, angrily or otherwise.
    A friend of mine was in Boston last weekend and got stuck on the Mystic
River Bridge (or is it the Tobin Bridge?  Never did get those straight in the
30 years I lived there) and spent a long time looking at the shell of the
Gahden.  (Moment of silence...)  SI had a photo.  
   I look forward to another season - the last one - of going to the oldest
arena in the NBA next year:  the LA Sports Arena.
