Completely agree with you, but the C's front office has made mistakes after
mistakes because they decided to give their money to players who were
mediocre to begin with and assuming that these salarys are not high by the
NBA standards. Guess what! they were wrong, a salary of 3 mill is not high
by NBA standards, but pay it to Dee Brown and nobody will touch him. By the
same token if Walker continues to grow as a player as he has shown in the
last two years, even if the C's sign him for 6 year 100 mill there will be
takers for him just in case, if Gaston feels that he can't make any profit.
But until then, he owes it to fan's and season ticket holders, to put up a
competitive team instead of the piece of crap he has been doling out since
the big three left. In closing all I want to say is Damn it Gaston, sign
Walker to whatever his market rate is.- Mishra
