way out or reality? or is it time to put me into a home?
This is a team that to me is possible to get, in 3 simple trades.
C- Knight Polynice
PF- Walker McCarty Curley
SF- McCarty Bowen
SG- Mercer Bowen Barros
PG- Billups Harper Edney Barros Williams
Trade- Ellison and Minor to Minnesota for Curley and Williams
Trade- Rogers, DeClercq, Thomas and Jones for Olden Polynice
Trade- Brown for Harper, pay their Rozier and O'Bannon bills.
Salary structure of
(cap is approx $32 mil next, $34 the next) (given $3 mil to higher
contracts)
Free agents 98- Edney, Polynice, O'Bannon, Harper, Rozier FA$ =
$13,957,420
Free agents 99- Walker, McCarty, Curley, Williams
Free agents 00- Billups, Mercer,
Free agents 01- Barros,
Free agents 04- Knight,
The C's now have $13,957,420 to spend on free agency at the end of this
season.
Waive Polynice, we dont have the rights to O'Bannon + Rozier, Harper
retires, re-sign Edney for a year.
Have around $13.5 mil left with a team of
C- Knight
PF- Walker McCarty Curley
SF- McCarty Bowen
SG- Mercer Bowen Barros
PG- Billups Edney Barros Williams
to build on.
We definitely need a center, an intimidating power forward (starter,
Toine moves to small forward) and quite probably a defensive backup
shooting guard.

PF- Williams, Strong, Outlaw, Ratliff, Henderson, Laettner, Caffey,
Hill, Gugliotta, Vaught, McDyess, Williamson
SG- Davis, Eackles, Sealy, Respert, Elie, Del Negro
I'm thinking we can get- Stewart, Williams and Sealy.
