Re:Good news for soaring celts/McDyess

Hey everyone,

It's been a while since I lasted posted and am feeling the need to. This
idea of trading Billups is outrageous, and to even have the notion of
trading Mercer is just plain stupid. We're talking about giving up two
amazing young players who will definetly develop into all-stars, for what?
Mashburn (who I like because of his Kentucky days) who is past his prime,
injury prone and just not worth it, and Ike Austin who caught a big break
by having 'Zo injured, and got to showcase himself. I don't believe he can
keep it up. Let's just give these kids some more time to develop and learn
the system better and before you know it, we'll be playoff bound and
hopefully another banner will be raised.

As far as McDyess goes, he is not worth it! He is plain and simple
overrated and underacheiving. Everyone was saying that it was because he
was in Denver and wasn't happy, well now he's in Phoenix and he's still
CRAP! You'd think a guy playing for a contract would be making more noise
and a bigger impact, I don't know about the rest of you but when I see Suns
highlights on TV I see, Kidd, Nash, KJ, but no McDyess. Leave him in the
Desert, lets work with what we've got and be happy with it, quit with the
quick fix and lets work for the future. I don't remember who it was that
said it on this list but they said that we should still try and improve,
well sometimes, time is all you need.

But that's just my opinon, anyone else?

Mike
