Serious Question
My friend Bskball has made the case that, since the guaranteed
payments have already been due, if the arbitrator finds that the
league owes the players their money, they will have invalidated most
NBA contracts. This is a scary thought, or is it? More importantly,
is it true? Could someone answer this?
