No Subject



I have another response to Avi's point: back in the late 60s, my father's first job out of college paid $7,000 per year. Should I expect to be paid the same amount in 1998? Saying Russel et al "felt lucky to be paid anything" back then is irrelevant; I'm sure if Bill were playing in today's NBA and today's economy, he would demand, and deserve, to be among the highest paid players in the league.
