Re: Incentives



Hi Jeremy,

I don't think his agent would recommend that he sign that kind of a
contract, though I don't think it's a bad risk.  It just seems that they
(players & agents) want as much guarantee as they can get without giving
back as much of one themselves.

I'd like to see field goal percentage involved though, because he needs to
raise that part of his game as well.  Maybe he wouldn't take some of those
outrageous shots if he was more interested in taking *good* shots as opposed
to any shot.
