Bill Cooper's enormous contribution to this list goes without saying. 
(Enough people have said it anyway.)

But I have a question for you Bill. How do you do it? Do you take 
notes during the game? Do you have a method of charting the game and 
noting important changes in the flow? Do you have a basektball memory 
that can just reproduce a game? Do you tape it and review the tape 
later?

I'm asking because I'd like to be able to watch a game with the kind 
of insight you bring to your reports.
