Where do we pick?

The season is over and we've tied with Milwaukee for the 9th worst 
record.  Do we pick 9th or 10th?  For some reason, I seem to 
remember that we and Milwaukee will get the same number of
ping pong balls, but there will be a coin flip to determine who
picks 9th and who goes 10th.  Is that the way it goes or is
there some other tie breaker?
