Bruce Bowen

Here is some news [ quoted from "ProBasketball 97-98", Petersen's
sports preveiw series with MJ on the cover ] that I picked up
about the mystery man called Bruce Bowen...as a  part of CBA invasion.

97 Stats.....Rockford Lightning.....17.3 ppg/ 4.4 rpg/ 1.8 spg.

The Heat fell in love with Bowen and signed him in March 96.
He has got great allaround talent and belongs in the NBA.
Bowen has good size for the 2 spot and he can shoot fromlong
range as well as slash to the basket. Some NBA team will lock
him up before the season begins. "


I hope that Bruce is as good as Pitino thinks.....especially
since he played only one minute for the Heat. Is there 
anyone who has seen Bruce with the Rockford Lightning ??
