Cable TV in Lawrence/Andover area

I may be re-locating from Tokyo back to the Boston area, settling in
Lawrence/Andover area or Southern New Hampshire.  For anyone who knows I
have two questions about cable TV. 

1) Are Celtics available in Lawrence/Andover or Southern NH?  NE
Sportschannel maybe?

2) Is Classic Sports Network available in Lawrence/Andover or Southern NH?
