Boston salary info request

Does anyone out there have or know where I can find the year-by-year 
salary breakdown for the Celtics players? For instance, we know Massenburg
is getting paid $2.7 million over three years, but how much of this is 
in the first, second, and third year?

Additionally, what is the earliest date the Celtics can trade the free
agents they signed this summer?
