1. 3-point line moved from 22 ft back to its original distance
of 23ft. 9 in.
2. A charging ful will not be called within a halk circle with a
4-foot radious from the center of the basket.
3. A defender cannot use his forarm to to stop an offensive player's
progress when the offensive player us facing the basket in the frontcourt.
4. A player cannot call a timeout if both feet are inthe air and any part
of his body has borken the vertical plane of the sideline or baseline.
