So the C's come up with three convenient injuries.

Edney trips on his paycheck and hurts his ankle.

Minor injures himself making excuses for his sorry personal life.  =
Fortunately he has Uncle Rick ready to supply the treatment.  (A swift =
kick to his asssss!)

And Rogers must have sprained his knee getting off the plane from =
Vancouver.  This is really too bad, as we would all like to see him =
play.

How come the real injured player, Thomas, makes the 12 man roster?  Oh =
well he'll be back with splinters soon enough.

Now let's all pray that Pervis, Dee and Dana don't replace these poor =
injured teammates in about 5 1/2 games.
