 Not quite. McCarty played for Pitino on the championship team, but
          Jones played for the Mississippi State team that upset Ky.
          in the SEC tourney that year. MSU then went on to the Final
          Four before losing to Syracuse, which lost to Ky. in the
          final.

Both McCarthy and Dontae Jones played for Rick on the NCAA  championship
