No offense taken. Yes, I'm excited about Pitino coming to town.
It's kind of funny how you even hint at giving up season tickets
and people accuse you of being a fair weather fan. Actually, it's not
me, but others (not people on the Celtics list). The only reason I
considered giving up the tickets was because of the people who used
to buy tickets from me but bailed out this year. I can't afford to go to
more than about 10 games, so as long as I think I can sell the rest, I
keep the tickets. Pitino coming to town is sort of like when Parcells
came--instant ticket sales. If we get the #1 pick, I'll have no trouble
selling off my tickets. Win or lose, I enjoy going to the games. But, I
enjoy seeing the C's win much more than when they lose.

Too bad the Celts can't get rid of Dee and Dana instead of DJ and KC.

Celtics "Fan" since 1973. Season ticket holder since 1992 after 7 years
on the wait list.

Replace "nospam" with "world" to reply.

BTW, I was born in NYC and moved to Boston in 1971. I abandoned the
Knicks after they won the title in 1973 to root for the Celtics.
