signing Wesley

Posters are correct in saying Wesley can sign for any amount.  I think
whether he signs or not is a bellweather to the future of this team.  If the
C's management let him go, that is a message that will cause W2 to bail out
asap, as well as this year's two picks.

This team stinks this year, to be sure, but can you imagine what it would be
w/o Wesley?  They have to sign this guy.
