march madness

Someone had stated that it is unfair if a team that isn't supposed to win
a conference tournament wins then they go to the show along with other
teams in the conference which excludes another team of being
selected.  THere are even cases when a team with a losing record gets into
the tournament.  My point is even though it is not fair it is this do or
die atmosphere that makes march madness one if not the best sporting event
in the world.  I wouldn't want the system changed for anything.  If NC
State wins the ACC and they take a bubble teams place(Michigan) who cares.
If they can win the ACC they deserve to go. 

As a native Bostonian who is also Irish and loves Basketball, the thought
of St. Patrick's Day and March madness happening at the same time is
overwhelming!!!!!!!
