Contractually, the celtics own the right to Dino and have traded them.
Therefore, Dino must comply with the trade and the procedure of it,
including taking the physical by the deadline. During the press conference
today, someone asked Pitino what would happen if Dino didn't show up for
the physical, and he said that he wasn't going to comment on that until it
happens because the ramofications would be "severe", as he put it. If Dino
doesn't comply then it is a breach of contract and the contract could be
voided. That would be pretty cool to have his cap money available to us
immediately!
