WEEI sports radio in Boston is reporting that the Celtic's will sign Andrew DeClerq today. Dino must have cleared waivers but I've seen or heard nothing to that validate that. If anyone can pick up WEEI on REALAUDIO tune in it's Celtic's basketball talk until 3:00PM. JC
