I don't think this is correct because last year New Jersey signed Robert
Pack who was with Washington Bullets and then traded him to Dallas the same
season before the trading deadline. - Mishra

	A team can't trade a free agent signee ever???  Or is there a
time limit (you can't trade the player for 1 year)?
	By the way, how long are the Celts going to be able to talk
about having an agreement in principle with DeClerq, without getting
into trouble with the league office.
